"Desires Vs Employment"

We people of urban India can understand the difference between Desires and Employment if we know the people of rural India. Its true that every urban person wants work in his/her place to be at home with family but with good incentives. So first desire comes to be on place and secondly with good incentives. Now the question arises rural person has first desire to get good incentives and secondly place. Therefore, persons of urban and rural areas have different desires in priorities.
If I pick the example of DU, then maximum number of Delhi NCR region's aspirants want it with extremely desires while outer wants it for better incentives and opportunities. It exists in all example of urban areas.
When desires go up the level in the form of numbers then unemployment will exists.
If anyone wants to see the relation between these two terms then find the total number of aspirants in higher education at outer states like MP, Gujrat, Bihar, Uttrakhand, J&K and many other states.
When we blame government and all then we should also blame to ourselves that we are destroying India vision with our desires.
Government pays crores in higher education to spread the knowledge throughout the India. But, we are not supporting its vision because our desires are bounded in little box.
When we all want to be in box which has specified room in it then it turns into corruption and we all face it.
Who get opportunity with sources then it creates mental slaves who bear it unknowingly. It reflects the higher education to go down because it will not stop here rather chain will increase with another attachments.
Point to it is that if we cut our desires then it gives right employments.
Dr. Kalam said "Love your work not place" to get better world and better generations.
